Leaves falling, beauty calling,
Tress turning, colors burning.
Like the gentle flow of thoughts,
Like a feather pen’s inky blots,
Like the quiet patter of a mouse,
They whirl ‘round the storm-worn house.
Leaves falling, beauty calling,
Trees turning, colors burning.
Like a tinkling stream of glass,
Like the cheery laugh of a lass,
Like an echo of a long ago year,
The song of autumn sings to my ear.
Leaves falling, beauty calling,
Tress turning, colors burning.
Like a whisper, like a voice,
The trees in windy triumph rejoice,
Like tiny flames, leaves are falling,
Like a plea, I hear them calling.
How has y'all's Fall gone? I think this is one of the most beautiful Autumns I've ever seen.
Psalm 1:2-3
"But whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers."
"But whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.
That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers."
