I hear the crinkle of the leaves,
I see the sparkling frosty ground,
I feel the song in the rocks and trees,
I touch earth, where life abounds.
Like twinkling eyes of souls above
I see the stars, my thoughts lost,
Like fallen wishes upon the ground,
Winks the winter morning frost.
