At long last

At long last, after a week of planning and delays, I now have an etsy! It was inspired when Olivia, asked me to make the earrings for her giveaway. I had been considering making an etsy before, but then this opportunity popped up, and seemed just right!
I got up yesterday morning to take these pictures for my shop (droplette, which is linked below my header.), and am very happy with the way they turned out! :)

Earrings :)

Over the past month I had the time to make some earrings, something I haven't done in a while. It was lots of fun using the beads and chains I got for Christmas, and I was very happy with the way they turned out! The green beads are, by far, my very favorites, but I love the look of all the others as well.

Those two jewel pairs stuck together in the middle are the ones I made.

My first pair of feather earrings! It was quite an experience. Its way harder than it seems.

I <3 long earrings!

And this....Is my newest choker necklace. Did I ever tell you that red&white&gray are now my fav color combination?

Inspiration...

Are you ever just...inspired? Do you ever just look at a picture, or a memory, or even a ball of yarn, and say to yourself "I want to do that" "I want to make something, I want to make and be successful" Do you? I do it all the time. Sometimes its a rather signifigant event in my life that bounces back into my mind at some random time. Or its just one itty-bitty bit of life that happens to pop out at me....Like a pair of really cute boots that make think up a new character for my story.



Like Winter's blue sky...

Or maybe you're extremely happy with your big sis's camera and it inspires you to take pictures like this...
Or beautiful Thanksgiving evenings....

It comes in all shapes and sizes. Yes, I think that pear is inspiring...

Maybe it's a pumkin patch or two...

Sometimes its a barn full of hay...

And sometimes its these guys. These wonderful, awesome, inspiring, make-you-grin glasses.

Landscapes by the highway make me smile with its beauty.

Candle light kindles a fire of ambition inside me....

Blue skies and grey clouds...

Maybe the scaffolding outside your door inspires you...

But this guy...

Is the one thing that inspires me most. :D

Floppy hat

I made a...what do you call it? Okay, for now its "a floppy hat". Well, I attempted to make a floppy hat without a pattern, and here it is! I think it turned out pretty nicely.
Emma couldn't decide on a pose. (She was my modaler)....so she used an egg carton.

She also got a little enthusiastic with her dramatic pose. Haha, I love 'er. :D

There's the best veiw of the hat. What do you think? I had fun with the bow. :D <3
