Photography Friday // Dawn Frost

Don't let the post title fool you. "Dawn Frost" just sounded cool. I didn't actually get up at dawn to take these pictures. :)

I will never get used to the sight of a thousand crystals scattered across the world every morning. The same way I will never get used to the sight of the sun cascading its light over the hills at dawn and bleeding into the cotton of the clouds every night. Even though I live in the same world day by day, see the same things morn by morn and dusk by dusk, God's creation never falters to amaze me. The wind on my face. The whirling leaves in the sky. The dazzling diamond frost. The blazing green fire of Summer's complexion.

The Lord indeed is beauty.

God bless,
